terrible product; worked fine for about 4weeks
after then lots of problems, like cut off the connection after 5-8 minutes, lots of echo in the
quality of the call, now does not take voicemail
on anymore. would not recommend this product at all
and throw away this piece of garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best thing about magicjack is that it's the best deal going. The quality is most times great but if you are on your computer it interfers. I'm not upgrading my computer just to be able to use magicjack. Now I keep receiving a notice from them when I sign on that the cost is going up to 29.99 a month instead of the 19.99 they usuall advertise. NOt sure if it's worht it nor purchasing the "newer" version that says you don't need a computer except that they show that you still use some kind of computer connection!!

Anonymous said... I bought my magic jack and it arrive in a few days. I plugged it in and everything worked fine. The call quality is pretty good, but not as good as a regular land line. Sometimes there is a clicking noise during the calls and sometimes it is a little fuzzy. Overall it works pretty darn good and is well worth the small price I paid for the 5 year service. 10:32 AM
